Man charged, arrested in connection to theft of seven firearms

EDEN, NC – A 31-year-old Eden, North Carolina man is behind bars for the theft of seven firearms.

Rockingham County Sheriff's Office investigators have charged Jesse Len Booth of 135 Nance Street in Eden with seven counts of felonious Larceny of a Firearm and one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

According to the sheriff's office, Booth was charged in connection to the theft of seven firearms from 135 Nance Street between April 9 and April 25. The firearms belonged to another resident of that address.

Jesse Len Booth was arrested and placed in the Rockingham County Detention Facility under a $100,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 13.
