FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA – Authorities are seeking the public's assistance in locating Kassie Palmer.
14-year-old Palmer is described as being 5'6" tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans, and boots.
Local law enforcement officials believe she may be in Henry County or Roanoke County.
