FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reported on Thursday, September 21 at 12:20 p.m. that 17-year-old Leanna Blankenship has been located safely.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office got a report of a runaway juvenile Friday and they are looking for her.
17-year-old Leanna Blankenship was last seen on Thursday on Samuel Lane in the county, according to authorities.
Blankenship is 5’5” tall, 140 pounds, has brown eyes, and blonde and pink hair.
She has tattoos on her shoulder and her foot.
