HENRY COUNTY, VA – 24 hours after witnessing a mixed bag of winter precipitation and cold temperatures in our area, thousands are still in the dark as of Sunday evening.
The following localities remain in the dark:
• Franklin: 7,289
• Henry: 3,544
• Patrick: 605
According to Appalachian Power, most, if not all, outages should be back on around 10 p.m. on Wednesday.
