Brianna Millner is your new Miss Henry County Fair

HENRY COUNTY, VA – 20-year-old Brianna Millner of Ridgeway was crowned Miss Henry County Fair 2023 on Saturday.

“I'm very, very happy.” Millner said. “This is actually my first pageant that I've ever done so to have won this, it feels amazing.”

The 3rd annual Henry County Fair Pageant was held at the Henry County Recreation Center.

Millner said she got involved after seeing an ad about the pageant on BTW21.

“You guys had an ad that popped up on my Facebook page and I decided to click on it and learn a little bit more about it and this is how I got here,” she explained.

She received a $500 scholarship and will go on to compete in the Miss Virginia Association of Fairs State Pageant in January 2024.

Millner's platform focuses on affordable healthcare.

“It's very important that families that are not as privileged or those that don't have as much money are able to get affordable health care just like everyone else,” she stated.

The pageant featured divisions for multiple ages from babies to adults.

A total of 28 participants entered the contest this year.

“I’m very thrilled with the turnout and performances of all of our participants this year,” said Roger Adams, Director of Henry County Parks and Recreation. “Henry County was very well represented and it was a tough competition. I wish Brianna luck as she advances to represent our area on the state level.”
