COLLINSVILLE, VA – A man was uninjured after he drove his car off a parking lot in Collinsville on Monday evening.
According to Virginia State Police, it appears a silver Ford Fusion drove the parking lot of the Collinsville Tire Center on Virginia Avenue.
The Ford came to a stop in a wood area with the driver having to be help out by volunteer firefighters from the Collinsville Fire Department.
The cause of the accident is unclear.
The Henry County Department of Public Safety and the Henry County Sheriff's Office were also on the scene.
The incident occurred at around 5 p.m. and remains under investigation by state police.
