Community excited as Railway Café in Bassett is near opening

BASSETT – The community shared their excitement on a Facebook post of the Railway Café detailing the process made for opening.

Railway Café is located at 188 Reed Stone Street in Bassett behind the former train depot.

The café says construction is about 95 percent complete with their final inspection scheduled for this week.

The purchase of equipment will begin thereafter.

"We will have an opening date very soon and we look forward to serving the Bassett community and surrounding area," the café said.
