DANVILLE, VA
Authorities in Danville are actively investigating a homicide that took place on June 18 at an apartment complex on Piney Forest Road.
According to police, officers arrived at Woodside Village around 10:49 p.m. and discovered Tasean Delvecchio Farmer, 24, of Danville, fatally shot inside an apartment.
Farmer was rushed to Sovah Health and pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
Richard Lee Wilson, Jr., 22, also from Danville, fled the scene but has since been apprehended in North Carolina.
