Danville Police Seek Public's Help in Store Break-In


 

The Danville Police Department is asking the community for assistance following a breaking-and-entering incident that occurred early Sunday morning, October 27.


At approximately 7:30 a.m., officers responded to reports of a break-in at a store located in the 1400 block of S. Main St. at Southwick Plaza.


 

Eyewitnesses reported seeing multiple males fleeing the scene in a blue minivan.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward. Tips can be submitted in several ways:


  • Call 911 for emergencies.

  • For non-emergency reports, contact the Patrol Division at 434-799-6510 (option 4) or the Investigations Division at 434-799-6508 (option 3, then option 1).

The Danville Police Department emphasizes that individuals providing information leading to an arrest and conviction may be eligible for a cash reward.
