The Henry County Sheriff's Office is continuing its investigation into the discovery of a deceased male on December 5, 2020, found along John Baker Road in the Fieldale community.
The individual, who appeared to have suffered a gunshot wound, is being treated as a homicide, but his identity remains a mystery.

“The identity of this man remains a critical part of this investigation, and we are asking the public to assist us in any way possible,” said Sheriff Wayne Davis "Your tip could provide the breakthrough we need to solve this case and bring closure to the family or loved ones of the deceased."
