Judkins Insurance opens second location in Martinsville

MARTINSVILLE – Judkins Insurance has expanded to a second location at 312 Starling Avenue in Martinsville.

“We're glad to be expanding. We've been planning this for a while and just recently, the opportunity came about for the previous owners to retire. We were able to come in and purchase the business and building,” owner Jay Judkins said.

The Martinsville-Henry County Chamber of Commerce welcomed them to the city on Friday morning with a ribbon cutting.

The new office has the convenience of being located next to the DMV.

“The location here next to the DMV is great for a lot of reasons. It makes it easier for a lot of people that have to do details required at the DMV,” Judkins said.
