Martinsville Police add 6 fugitives to Most Wanted List




MARTINSVILLE, VA – 6 fugitives were added to the Martinsville Police Department's Most Wanted list this month.


Police are asking for your help to locate them.


The police department reminds you that all of these fugitives should be considered dangerous.


Never attempt to approach, apprehend, or arrest these fugitives yourself.


All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.


The additions to the Most Wanted list are as follows:

  • 29-year-old Asia Marie Hodge: Felony fail to return leased property

  • 45-year-old Christy Ratcliff (Rector): Felony fail to appear

  • 32-year-old Marquis Antonio Bruce: Possess schedule I/II X2

  • 56-year-old Michael Allen Newberger: Possess schedule I/II, violate good behavior X2

  • 41-year-old Lucas Dane Purdy: Probation violation felony X2

  • 52-year-old Collene Marie Garafola: Fail to appear for felony offense X2


The following people continue to be wanted:

  • 31-year-old Toby James Harris: probation violation felony offense X3, probation violation misd. offense X2

  • 59-year-old John Lewis Lindsay: probation violation felony X3

  • 38-year-old Jeffery Cornelius Porter: distribute cocaine 2nd, possess firearm with scheduled I/II drugs, FTA felony offense

  • 34-year-old Tasha Marie Lewellyn: embezzlement 3rd offense

  • 47-year-old Amanda Martin: probation violation felony offense X5, probation violation misdemeanor offense X1

  • 37-year-old Ashley Nicole Horton: probation violation felony X3

  • 35-year-old Rodney Lee Hairston: protective order violation X3

  • 55-year-old Leonard Eugene Spencer: probation violation on felony offense X10

Police say you will not be asked for your name, and no one will try to identify you.
