Martinsville Police Department's Most Wanted List for April




MARTINSVILLE, VA – There was an addition of 7 people to the Martinsville Police Department’s Most Wanted list on Tuesday.


Police need your help in locating them.


The police department says all fugitives should be considered dangerous.


You should never attempt to approach, apprehend, or arrest these fugitives yourself.


All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.


The additions to the Most Wanted list are as follows:

  • 29-year-old Montel Montoya Carter: probation violation felony

  • 58-year-old John Lewis Lindsay: probation violation felony X3

  • 66-year-old James Robert Bungy II: probation violation felony X7

  • 40-year-old Elrico Dominique Grant: distribute, sell sch I/II drug X3

  • 45-year- old Amy Jane Sherwood: fair to appear felony offense

  • 37-year-old Ashley Nicole Horton: probation violation felony X3

  • 36-year-old Michelle Barrow Drane: probation violation felony X8, probation violation misdemeanor X2


The following people are wanted from previous lists:

  • 40-year-old Johnny Lamont Venable III: distribute cocaine 3rd X3

  • 31-year-old Thomas Dodson: assault rescue personnel X3

  • 37-year-old Jeffery Cornelius Porter: distribute cocaine 2nd, possess firearm with scheduled I/II drugs, FTA felony offense

  • 34-year-old Tasha Marie Lewellyn: embezzlement 3rd offense

  • 37-year-old Joshua Lee Young: capias fail to appear X2 for DWI/shoplifting

  • 46-year-old Amanda Martin: probation violation felony offense X5, probation violation misdemeanor offense X1

  • 31-year-old Malcolm Ezekiel Fernandez: probation violation felony X2, probation violation misdemeanor X2

Police say you will not be asked for your name, and no one will try to identify you.
