MARTINSVILLE, VA – El Parral Mexican Restaurant in Martinsville is asking the public for help identifying a man who left without paying for his meal.
On Sunday, the Mexican restaurant shared surveillance camera photos saying, “If anyone knows this man, please ask him to come back and pay his bill!”
