MARTINSVILLE, VA – A male driver experienced medical emergency before crashing in the city of Martinsville.
The incident occurred shortly after 12 p.m. on Wednesday in front of Nelson Ford located at 201 Commonwealth Boulevard West.
According to the Martinsville Police Department, the man driving a black Toyota Camry experienced a medical episode before he crashed into a light pole in front of the car dealership.
Police say the driver was not injured and no charges were filed.
