One Man Injured in Tuesday Morning Shooting in Roanoke

ROANOKE, Va. (BTW21) — A man was seriously injured following a shooting early Tuesday morning in Roanoke, according to local authorities.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:33 a.m. in the 3700 block of Stratford Park Drive SW. Responding officers found the victim outside an apartment building suffering from serious injuries.
The man, who was conscious and breathing at the scene, was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. His current condition has not been released.
Police have not announced any arrests or suspects at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.
