PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. The 911 center in Pittsylvania County has lost all power, affecting radio and phone systems.


As a result, emergency calls are being rerouted to the 911 center in Danville City.


With no paging or phone services operational, all emergency calls from Pittsylvania County will be handled by Danville's dispatch center.


While first responders remain active, there may be delays in response times.


The cause of the power outage is under investigation, and efforts are underway to restore service to the Pittsylvania County 911 center.
