Rockingham County Jail Inmate Attempts to Solicit Eden Woman and a Juvenile to Murder Associate and Local Attorney

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, NC


Rockingham County Sheriff's Detectives have learned through investigation that Tevion Antonio Flippen, 21, an inmate at the Rockingham County Jail, had attempted to solicit Kelesha Jene Anderson, 25, and a Juvenile to Commit the First-degree Murders of one of Tevion's associates and a local area attorney.


Due to safety concerns, identifying information about these intended victims is not being made available by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office at this time.


Information about the juvenile charged concerning these solicitations cannot be released.


During the course of the investigation, multiple search warrants were executed, resulting in the seizure of multiple electronic devices, Cocaine, and an AR15 rifle.


Tevion Antonio Flippen of 624 Steirs St. Reidsville, N.C., was charged with two counts of Felony Solicitation to Commit First Degree Murder. He was already incarcerated under a $800,000 secured bond on drug trafficking and weapons charges. He received additional "NO BOND HOLDS" on these murder solicitation charges.


Kelesha Jene Anderson, 25, of 305 East Harris Place Eden, N.C., was charged with two counts of Felony Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder. She was placed in the Rockingham County Jail under a $150,000 secured bond.


This is an ongoing investigation.
