EDEN, NC – Rockingham County Sheriff's Deputies are seeking the whereabouts of Shantel Donisha Millner, age 22, also known as "Shan Millie" and "Shan Miller" for Violation of Pretrial Release Conditions and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device. Shantel Millner was last seen in the Eden, North Carolina area.
