Sheriff's Office seeking identity of Cunningham Tire vandalism suspects

BASSETT – Cunningham Tire in Bassett has requested that the Henry County Sheriff’s Office investigate a case of vandalism that occurred in the early morning hours of April 11, 2019.  The incident occurred at 2:50 AM when two white males drove onto the Cunningham Tire property at 2020 Fairystone Park Highway in Bassett.  The suspects were driving a late model Jeep Cherokee and are described as tall slim white males in their 20’s.  Both suspects were wearing baseball caps and one of suspects has a beard.  The suspects then rummaged through the waste oil filter disposal bin where they stole several used oil filters and put them into plastic bags.  The suspects also urinated in the company parking lot and then got a large rebel flag out of the trunk of the Jeep before finally putting the flag back into the front seat of the truck.  The suspects then drove around to the rear of the building where they proceeded to throw the used oil filters through the back windows of the business.

If anyone knows the identity of the suspects, please contact the Henry County Sheriff’s Office 276-638-8751 or Crime Stoppers at 63-CRIME .
