The Danville Police Department has made an arrest following the early morning shooting at Culture Restaurant located at 510 Spring St. Xavier McDaniel Keith, 35, faces multiple charges, including
possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
attempted aggravated malicious wounding
use of a firearm in the commission of a felony
discharging a firearm from a moving vehicle.
He is currently held without bond at the Danville City Jail.
Investigators continue to pursue leads related to this incident.
